We will accept returns within 60 days from the purchase date. Once we\nreceive your parcel in our Sydney warehouse, your refund will be automatically\nissued<\/div>\n

1.\n\nParcel Point:\n<\/b>\nReturn through your local Parcel Point store in over 1,300 locations.\nOpen 7 days a week, early until late. Australia wide flat rate at $1\nwill be deducted from your refund if the package weight is under\n20kg.\n\nHome pickup is available with $2.5 extra payable at Parcel Point return\ncheckout page\n<\/span><\/div>\n
2.\n\nPost Office:\n<\/b>\nReturn through your local Australia Post post office in over 4,400 locations,\nOpen Mon – Sat, early until late. Australia wide flat rate at $10.52 will\nbe deducted from your refund if the package weight is under 20kg.<\/div>\n
\nNote:\n<\/b>\nYou will need to cover the cost of return postage. New Zealand customer\nplease obtain return address from customer service representative.<\/div>\n

(2) Find the order in\n\n\n\nMy Orders\n<\/u>\n<\/span>\n<\/a>\n, click the “Return Item” button.<\/div>\n
(3) Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason,\nand submit.<\/div>\n
(4) According to your request, a return link or a return label has been\nsuccessfully obtained. Follow the return list guidelines to complete the\nreturn.<\/div>\n
(5) Print out return label and securely tape it to the outside of your\nreturn package.<\/div>\n

1. Items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not\naccept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered\nin any way.<\/div>\n
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie,\nswimwear, jewelry, beauty, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies,\npet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).<\/div>\n
\n\n3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can’t be returned.\n\n<\/div>\n
\nNote:\n<\/b>\n1.Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This\nis not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.<\/div>\n
2.Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out.\nWe will not be held responsible for the return of non-TheTea items.<\/div>\n

The refund will be processed to your TheTea wallet or the original payment\naccount per your request. If you have not chosen where to receive your\nrefund, the refund will be refunded to your TheTea wallet.<\/div>\n

Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.\nThis is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most\nrefunds will be processed before this.<\/div>\n
A) If you have chosen\n\nTheTea wallet\n<\/b>\nrefund, it will be refunded within 24 hours. Wallet balances can be used\non your next purchase or be withdrawn to your original payment account.<\/div>\n
B) If you have chosen\n\noriginal payment account\n<\/b>\n, it will be refunded within 1-2 working days for\n\nAfterpay\n<\/b>\n; 1-5 working days for\n\nPayPal\n<\/b>\n; 7-14 working days for\n\nCard Payment\n<\/b>\n. Depending on the processing time of the platform\/bank.<\/div>\n
